Return Policy within 30 Days
Our 30-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

OIL-FREE GENERATORS AND FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
